HubSpot Breeze Agents
A canvas for building custom HubSpot agents when the stock Breeze agents do not fit your process.
AI Agents · native feature · Setup: Moderate (our estimate) · Last verified 2026-10-14
Our take
HubSpot's agent builder lets you describe an agent and wire it into workflows alongside actions and handoffs. The page stresses testing before going live and controlling which actions run on their own, which in our view is the right default for CRM writes. HubSpot notes that buying agent builder also gives access to additional marketing, sales, and service software, so confirm what you are actually purchasing.
