Our take on Fathom
Fathom focuses on fast summaries, transcripts, and action items, with Ask Fathom for questions across past meetings. The site lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA, and SSO/SCIM. Team plans have a two-user minimum, so solo reps would use the free plan.
Our take on Fireflies.ai
Fireflies transcribes and summarizes meetings and pushes notes into tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack. The free plan has unlimited transcription with limited AI summaries, so in our view it is low risk to trial. Conversation intelligence and team analytics sit on the Business tier.
