Our take on HubSpot Breeze Agents
HubSpot's agent builder lets you describe an agent and wire it into workflows alongside actions and handoffs. The page stresses testing before going live and controlling which actions run on their own, which in our view is the right default for CRM writes. HubSpot notes that buying agent builder also gives access to additional marketing, sales, and service software, so confirm what you are actually purchasing.
Our take on Salesforce Agentforce
Agentforce lets you launch agents for sales, service, and other functions with Salesforce context and prebuilt actions. Pricing comes in several shapes, from per-user add-ons to Flex Credits, which in our view needs careful modeling before rollout. Salesforce says over 18K companies run on Agentforce.
