Gong
An enterprise revenue intelligence platform built around recorded customer interactions.
Revenue Intelligence · third-party tool · Setup: Advanced (our estimate) · Last verified 2026-10-14
Our take
Gong positions itself as an AI operating system for revenue teams, combining interaction capture, forecasting, enablement, and agents that automate follow-ups and pipeline edits. Pricing is quote-based with a per-user license plus a platform fee, which in our view makes it a fit for larger teams rather than small ones. Teams that mainly want meeting notes may find a lighter tool enough.
