Our take on Gong
Gong positions itself as an AI operating system for revenue teams, combining interaction capture, forecasting, enablement, and agents that automate follow-ups and pipeline edits. Pricing is quote-based with a per-user license plus a platform fee, which in our view makes it a fit for larger teams rather than small ones. Teams that mainly want meeting notes may find a lighter tool enough.
Our take on People.ai
The people.ai domain now presents Backstory, which maps stakeholders and scores opportunities against MEDDPICC using captured meetings and emails. Answers are available in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Slack per the page. We did not find published pricing on the page we fetched.
